I'm a T-shaped UX Designer with 4 years of experience creating digital products, services, and complex B2B workflows — from processes up to 40% faster to credit recovery of up to 45% in delinquent portfolios.

My multidisciplinary approach combines UX/UI, Service Design, and user research with a strong sense of empathy and technical rigor focused on measurable results. I enjoy understanding how things work behind the screens and turning complex business logic into experiences that feel simpler, more intuitive, and accessible.

In my work, I like to look at the journey as a whole, find where things can be clearer, and reduce friction. Outside of design, I’m passionate about storytelling and everything that comes with telling stories. I enjoy writing poetry and short stories, playing tabletop RPGs, singing karaoke, and going on long walks.
